+ -1 moreEvery time I call them and say "can you do x" the answer is yes. They are very organized, responsive, resourceful and trustworthy. They have keys to my apartment and just make things happen. They are also very thorough at vetting other providers - they recently organized my move to a new house and I asked them to recommend a mover (which they did). When I talked to the owner of the moving company, he said that he worked for several Fini clients, but that before they would bring their first client to him, they did everything from visit his wearhouse to interview some of his movers in order to check him out. I haven't used other concierge services so i can't really compare prices - Fini isn't cheap, but they're very efficient, professional, and reliable. Worth every penny.
Description of Work: I use Fini for a lot of different services on an ongoing basis - from picking up my dry cleaning to getting my jewelry repaired to having my car serviced to supervising my move to a new house.
