The service provider arrived on time and was very professional.  He was very neat and protected the floor with drop cloths during the cleaning process.  Chairs looked beautiful after cleaning.

This last time the company just spot-cleaned my white sofa to remove an ink stain. It was removed perfectly. A year or two ago, I had them clean the whole sofa and a matching white chair. The head of the company warned me that the sofa was so dirty that it might not be possible to clean it thoroughly (didn't look very dirty to me!) and that the fabric might tear during the cleaning. The very nice technician who did the work was more optimistic. The sofa and chair came out perfectly! This company is expensive, but if you have designer upholstered furniture that would be very expensive to replace, you want the best. This is the best.

Stain guard applied to custom silk-covered sofa. Have yet to have a stain on the sofa, survives wear and tear with 3 young kids on our very expensive custom designer sofa. Have not used stain removal service (fortunately). Pricey, but compared to cost of sofa well worth the investment. Can relax knowing that any accidental spills/stains will be taken care of professionally.

I like that they always show up on time. They do a good job. They are a very professional company. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and really seem to know what they are doing.

Finally a quick and easy method and it works. They were also time. My muddy dog prints wipe right off my chenille chair.
