We hired Fenway Towing to plow our driveway for the winter season. The price was high, $1,750 for the season (for any amount of snowfall), but our driveway is on a grade and we need a set of steps shoveled down to the sidewalk. So, we were willing to spend extra given our needs. To say we regret this decision is an understatement The service from Fenway was so bad that we needed to hire another provider, and lost our $785.00 deposit we gave to Fenway(they refused to return the money). Fenway (we worked with the owner Ed Leahy and Scotty) did not show up in any reasonable amount of time. It took them over 24 hours to show up after one storm. When they did show up we had to call them back a second time to do the job properly. They ran out of salt and sand. When we tried to resolve the service issues they were...well, rude. It was clear to us that they overcommitted for the season. Our neighbors also hired them, and were very unhappy with the service. It's hard to lose $785.00, but we are thankful we did not prepay for the season.
