Overall, the floors came out absolutely beautiful and I had a generally good experience with the project coordinator, China, who was very sweet. I would definitely use her again, but be very careful about assessing her ability to start the job by a certain date. My only complaint is that she missed two promised start dates and came up with lame excuses both times instead of just admitting to being overcommitted and notifying me in advance (e.g., she called me on the morning she was supposed to arrive at the job to say that one of her employees was in a terrible accident and she'd have to postpone the start date; when I asked her how the employee was doing a few weeks later she had clearly forgotten that excuse and seemed confused by my concern for her employee).
