STAY AWAY! If you do not want to have to go through the headache of dealing with a contractor that talks good but lies. Eric did work for me and I was not satisfied. Every time we BOTH agreed on a solution he Made up every story in the book "death in the family under the weather" etc. I had two referrals for him and they do not want to work with him for how he did business with me. PLEASE DONT waste your time/hard earned money with this crook. I should have went with my gut when I say a negative review on him for another customers similar experience!

The concrete wall is filling up with rain at the top of the wall and behind the wall . Water is still coming into the basement. Eric removed only some of the trash. & after I paid him the last payment of $1000, on 11/06 He said he was going to pick up the walkway borders, install them and the next day remove the rest of the DeBry from the backyard. When I called him a few hours later that day he told me he could not pick up the borders because he was on his way to Connecticut because he received a call that his grandmother was deathly sick. I called 11/08 to fill me in when the job would it be completed & if he was still in Connecticut, he did not pick up my phone call. I called everyday each time I left a voicemail after the 11/08 . I did not receive a response from Eric concerning the completion of the backyard. Since 11/11 my calls are now blocked by him .Week of 10/28 I discovered that damages were made in my house and I informed Eric that I did not want 2 of his workers back into my house because my bathroom basement door was damaged and a marble step was cracked on the first-floor doorway . Impressions of some type of hard item was used to crack the step.

This guy goes around picking up random people from the nearest neighborhood Home Depot.. immigrants with no documentation to work on your home , he?s not there to supervise them just drop them off don?t check before or after work .. picks them up 6-7 hours later and tell you it?s done.. The entire company is a scam been in years for 16 yrs and only accept cash so he can pocket ? I?m currently in process of taking him to court for the Mexicans he brought to my home to work that ended up stealing ? How can you guarantee 15 yrs warranty from guys you don?t even know .. if you use this guy then you don?t love your property..

I was Recommended it to this company from my friend. We had Is water coming in our basement. This company come out the same day inspected it. Give us a quotation, we were pretty happy with the price so we went forward with them They done a fantastic job.We had very bad rain last night and our basement is bone dry The guy's done a fantastic job i would highly recommend this company

We had a leak in the kitchen sink drain, that must of been leaking for a long time. We wanted to replace drain and the base in the cabinet, and address any water damage. Eric Silvernail of Rhino Restoration Corp. came to examine water damage and showed us that the wood foundation was compromised. We went out side to see if there was damage under the vinyl siding out front, and there was damage to the sill plate and end joist right where the kitchen sink is. We hired him , he was knowledgeable and assured us that any thing he takes off will go back to the original state it was. He assured us that he can replace and repair anything. Eric and 2 men worked fast at removing siding. Took off a part of the ceiling in our finished basement to reach the kitchen floor on top. And we told him only to remove 1 or 2 feet of the vinyl siding on the bottom only. Eric removed the whole front right side up to the soffit and around the kitchen window. Where no damage was. Monday the guys that do the foundations work, inspected the beams on the side of the house, the foundation people saw no damage in sill plate and end joist, and neither did we. And that only the beams sill plate and end joint that was damaged were by the kitchen sink only. We asked Eric if he can adjust contract, he said yes. His adjustment did not reflex what he charged us for both front and side beams, sill and end joist replacement. The plumber s came the next day to do kitchen sink. Eric had told them to put up the vinyl siding. We heard the noise of a saw, we ran out and the plumber was ready to cut up our vinyl siding that was taken off our house because it was going back up. Eric , who took the vinyl siding off had assured us they know how to put it back up because they took it down. Next time they came with 2 new guys, they put all our vinyl siding back where it was, but not how it was , city meters hanging off. The hole and rip Eric put on the outside corner post of our vinyl siding by leaning a ladder on it, he said he ll fix it and never fix it. Sheetrock was not replaced in our finished basement. He did not deliver on his promises. Meanwhile he is looking at our roof, telling us he is going to check our roof out for leaks. We told him no need, roof is young, anything goes wrong we have a warranty. This is not professional work. Eric doesn t do the work, he pulls things apart. He picks guys that line up for work in New Jersey, he doesn t know them , and is rarely at the job to supervise them, yet they are working on/in your home. We still had a leak, Eric didn t check the sink before he left. We didn t want them back here so we called a local plumber, it s fix now. We are having the vinyl siding repaired by a local contractor that can fix the vinyl siding, and to put up Sheetrock in the Basement.
