This guy was a funny person. He showed up on time and did a very good job. He did clean up after he was done. He got water on the kitchen floor, so he asked for a towel. I thought that the experience of working with them was very pleasant. He was only there for about 45 minutes and then it was draining properly again. I have not had any problems since.
