DO NOT HIRE!!! they gave me a quote for 3k. No problem. When the guys came to repair my chimney they broke something that sent the whole thing collapsing inside my home causing 10k in repairs. I had moved out into a hotel until it is fully repaired my ANOTHER company. Do not hire these cheap guys who will do anything but what they promise be aware

Masonry repair was done, a little pricey at first but you get what you pay for. Happy across the board very clean and quick work.

I hired Elite Chimney Solutions to rebuild my chimney. They did an awful job and did over $35,000 damage to my roof, yard furniture, bulkhead and 2cd floor ceiling. I called them on many occasions to address the damage but my concerns were never addressed. I finally cancelled the remaining unfinished chimney got them off the project. I tried to contact Elite Chimney Solutions for their insurance information but my emails and calls were not answered. To this day, nobody from Elite Chimney Solutions nor their insurance company have contacted me about the damage they caused. They are extremely unprofessional and lack any masonry knowledge. I am giving them 1 star only to post my review. Do not hire them... UPDATE 6/30/24: Hired this company 1/2024 and they did over $35,000 of damage my roof, leaf guards, outdoor furniture and cellar bulkhead. I had so much damage, I canceled the remaining work and hired a reputable mason to fix the chimney. I requested their insurance company information but never received it nor any call back there after. I finally contacted the owner but she was no help either. FYI.... don't believe some of the 5 Star reviews you read because some, I believe, are written by the employees or the owner. Awful company to hire. I am giving them a 1/2 Star just so I can write a review and save someone else from what I went through.

Avoid Elite Chimney/Elite Home Solutions! Company did not follow code sizing requirements and caused smoke and fumes to fill my house jeopardizing the health and safety of my family. Ultimately they had to remove the undersized chimney liner because it was non code and didnâ t work, but they refused to provide a refund. If you have had a similar experience, contact the state Attorney Generalâ s office. Again donâ t use this company but if for some reason you still choose to, do yourself a favor and get a copy of the companyâ s bond information and verify it with the bond company before you hire them.

I would not trust this company. they are not honest and had no integrity and I will not recommend this company to anyone

Very good Joe and AL did a great job, the only problems was that the wood stoves are fine but the furnaces they should have not put them together because now we are having issues.

Joseph and Alan did excellent work with excellent attitudes they were very professional we would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Joseph and Allen did superior work. They were professional and friendly. All work done was throughly explained before work began and throughout the completion. I can't say enough about the exceptional work that Joseph and Allen did. Would definitely hire again and refer to family and friends.

Got a call to have my chimney cleaned by a Telemarketer. I scheduled for the next for them to come out. They were tied up on another job and showed up 3hrs later. When Edwin was done with the inspection I was told I needed a new liner for the fireplace and hot water tank. The estimate was $4,500.00 for both. The liner for the hot water tank worked fine. The fireplace has not worked properly since they left. 2 more trips to fix the issue no luck. Everything they come out they are 2-4 hrs late. Talking to someone in the office takes an act of God. I know covid has a lot to do with it but communicating should not be this difficult. A year later still no resolution and they want more money to fix their screw-up. Blaming me for cutting corners. Since September I have had multiple dealings with the office and still no resolution. They are hacks that do not hire elite chimney solutions.

They were prompt, genuine, friendly and honest. The inspection was Free and they throughly checked all our old chimneys! Elite was upfront with pricing and what HAD to be done for safety. We booked the most important on the spot. They were willing to work with the rest and give us a discount. Since we are going to make our home an Air B&B, they advised us on what was required.

This is a great company to work, I got an appointment that day I called and Edwin and his assistant were prompt, Efficient, curtious and left everything clean. Will definitely be using their services again
