"We are sorry your experience with us was not to your satisfactory, We did try to mend, and resolve your concerns but all to no avail, being it is your property it is prerogative to have things done a certain way. You tried to make minuscule wear and tares into an insurance claim upon which was so outrageous even the insurance company did not pick it up. A few shingles on the roof had been worn down and needed replacing to which we agreed to cover the cost and replace for you at which you denied. You claimed you received a quote to fix your roof for over twenty thousand dollars when again only a few shingles needed replacing. Come to find out you did not receive a quote, your son is the one who gave you a Verbal estimate not because he is a roofer himself, but because he once worked for a roofing company and a quote for the roof was truly never obtained. From there you went on to make a list of incidental insignificancies, like diminutive markings that have probably been there and have had developed due to weather, or simply being time worn. You have had constant correspondence with all faces of this company throughout the duration of circumstances, and even after the fact the office was still answering your calls and complaints until it became more of harassment on your part to us and continuingly still. As a result we cannot keep engaging in communication with you for no resolution to be made."
