Ed gave us a budget and he provided us excellent value for the work he did. We live in an old house that requires specialized knowledge. In our case, it was fixing the ropes for our windows. Ed repaired all the windows in the time he told us he would get it done. He also repaired the mechanism for three Andersen windows that had been giving us trouble and they are working like new. We were very satisfied with Ed's professionalism and attention to detail.
