Home decor is not my "thing," and I have difficulty with colors, visually speaking. At Eastern Flooring I receive all the help I need to overcome those handicaps, going back to 1995+/-, when I had my kitchen floor replaced. Tom, the proprietor, has always been extremely friendly, patient and helpful with me in choosing all of my flooring needs and in helping me get through the decision-making process. Eastern's prices were, and are, very reasonable, the work is always top-notch, the technicians are always friendly, and Tom stands behind his products and workmanship. Given the positive experience I had with the kitchen floor replacement, it was a no-brainer to go back to Eastern when I needed new carpeting. When you have a business like Eastern Flooring in the neighborhood, I can't imagine why anyone would reach out to any of those companies you so frequently see advertising on TV.
