We continually strive to create new opportunities and improve our business while increasing return on investment for property owners. We use mobile optimized property management software to keep an open line of communication and provide essential services at a reasonable cost. District opened in 2018 and provides an investor friendly management service. Our goal is to create a sustainable and forward looking management service that centers around ethical standards and transparent pricing. Our business model is modernized and simple. We collect a flat fee each month with no additional costs that many other companies charge. This flat fee covers our rental fees, rent collection, property marketing, tenant screening, move-in & move-out inspections. We are fully insured in property management and will work with you to meet financial goals for your property. We are always working on building strong relationships in the Boston area to provide the best management service at a fair price. We offer a customized management plan for each homeowner to cater to their specific requirements.
