Dedham Fence installed our fence a few years ago. the fence was never properly installed - when the wind blows, it sways and is now separating in a few places. I called initially - no response. Called again a year later - no response. I called consistently over the summer. Made contact with the owner who on multiple occasions committed to coming out and looking at the work - he has never shown up. I am assuming that he figured that I'd eventually stop calling. Extremely disappointing and not a way to run a business.

They were very responsive and very willing to come out and give me an estimate. It was a little higher with another company I called so I went with the other company. They are very nice to deal with.
