Moving email info proved to be time consuming and difficult: could never have done it on my own. Installing new router took a number of hours and was frustrating in the extreme due to poor instructions by Internet provider company, lack of knowledge of Internet tech support individuals ( many and tedious unnecessary steps instead of simply providing the access code that we needed), and inability to cope with the frustrations by the service rep from this company. Very stressful three plus hours trying to get 2 of 3 goals accomplished. Never did get computer "cleaned up".

They did the work but (1) they were more than an hour late in arriving; (2) it took 3x as long as they said it would and cost much more than quoted; (3) they didn't get back to me with word on whether the scanner software had been updated for the new Microsoft OS; and, worse still, (4) they failed to return several follow up calls.
