We love Franklin. He has been super professional, on time, thoroughly knowledgeable in all matters about the rental market and listing, and has been fantastic to work with through the entire process of listing our South Boston condo for rent. We would highly recommend him to others. Frankly, many other firms do not have 'polish' and 'professionalism' which is key when dealing with marketing and customer interactions. Franklin and the team have been perfect from Day 1.
