My experience with them is unsatisfactory. Their fees are too high; they charge for absolutely everything they can and then we tried to get a mortgage and they strolled us around until rates went up and they would let us have it but I wouldn't take it.

I still have no title. I am paying for two state insurances. One in where I now reside and one on Mass and I can not get state plates or register my car. I can not get refunds on excise taxes or insurances until this mess is cleared. I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get something/ anything done. I am so freaking frustrated between insurance companies and banks. Why were they bailed out?.
