 + 0 moreMy experience with them is unsatisfactory. Their fees are too high; they charge for absolutely everything they can and then we tried to get a mortgage and they strolled us around until rates went up and they would let us have it but I wouldn't take it.

 + -1 moreI still have no title. I am paying for two state insurances. One in where I now reside and one on Mass and I can not get state plates or register my car. I can not get refunds on excise taxes or insurances until this mess is cleared. I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get something/ anything done. I am so freaking frustrated between insurance companies and banks. Why were they bailed out?.
Description of Work: I called after paying of a loan and asked for where the title was. I was referred to MYTITLE SUPPORT.com I went on line but because I wanted title I had to call. This COSTS $45. They told me that they could do nothing as it was electronic and to call the registry of motor vehicles. I went to the web site and was told that Citizens should have informed the registry that the loan was paid off. I called Citizens back. i have to say they were very professional dealing with a very irate customer. Even though it was in my account I was told it would be 10- 12 business days before the registry. I can not register my car until I have title one way or the other. I need to register in order to get a discount on taxes and just even to get a turnpike sticker.
