HORRIBLE PLANS WERE PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY. A DRAFTSMAN, NOT AN ARCHITECT, WAS ASSIGNED TO THE PROJECT. IT SEEMED THAT A BOILER PLATE TEMPLATE OF SOME BUILDING WAS SUPER IMPOSED OVER OUR BUILDING SO THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO ANY CUSTOM DESIGNING. FLOOR PLANS WERE GIVEN LITTLE THOUGHT, KITCHENS, AND BATHROOMS WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH LARGER WITH A CREATIVE, AND COMPETENT COMPANY. ALL OF THE MEASUREMENTS WERE WAY OFF, AND WE HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THINGS WORK. WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO THE SITE WITH AN ASSISTANT, TREATED THE WORKERS IN A RUDE, AND CONDESCENDING MANNER, FAXED US SOME ALTERNATE PLANS ON HOW TO CORRECT THEIR DESIGN MISTAKES, AND THEN SENT US AN ADDITIONAL BILL FOR CORRECTING THEIR OWN ERRORS. IT WAS ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY.
