I've been happy so far with this company. I mean, I have been sent a ton of paperwork by them, but everything they've done seems to be pretty much consistent with what my old company was doing. What I am paying has pretty much stayed exactly the same, so that's obviously my biggest concern right off the bat. As of now though, I have no complaints. I am still pretty much newer with them I guess, but they haven't messed anything up so I have all good stuff to say about them.

We have been pretty impressed with its company so far. We kind of thought with them taking over our mortgage, we'd get lost in the shuffle but so far, that really has not happened. They send us lots of stuff in the mail. We got a personal call a few months back just to kind of welcome us to their organization to see if we had any questions and really although we had previously been with a smaller company, we feel like we've been getting better service through this company even though they are bigger and supposedly less personal. We think they've been real personal to be honest so we're rather pleased with them.
