The final product is beautiful and high quality. We are thrilled. Patrick and his main guys who were here regularly were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were respectful of our living space and schedule, courteous, and generally cleaned up very well after they worked. When there were issues that needed to be addressed (e.g. with plumbing supplier), Patrick was absolutely on top of it and worked very hard to make sure things were done right. He had helpful suggestions for us along the way as we worked to design our space and kept things pretty well within the estimate he gave. Patrick is an honest, smart, and delightful person to work with. We would recommend Casla to anyone and would absolutely use him again for future projects.

Casla Property did an amazing job. Patrick and his team are extremely professional, have strong attention to detail and they are very responsive. I used a designer for this project, who in turn introduced me to Casla. Patrick managed the complete renovation of my kitchen, including the installation of countertops, tile and cabinets. In addition, Patrick built custom built-in bookshelves in the TV room which turned out great. As is the case with any project, there was some follow-up required and Patrick responded immediately. If there were any delays he communicated with me and the designer and was willing to answer any and all questions. Even after the project I have used Patrick and his team to install baseboard heating on the ground floor and to repair/replace a damaged storm door. I highly recommend Patrick for general contract work and will certainly hire him for future projects!

Casla did a great job and the team was very responsive to our requests along the way. We had a number of changes to the project that came up during the process and they were always greeted with a can-do attitude. The work as all done on schedule, which was a first for any building project I've been a part of. There were a couple of minor issues after the project was complete and Casla returned to fix those issues at no extra cost. They wanted us to be completely happy. I have no complaints and would recommend them without hesitation.

We used Casla Properties when we underwent a complete addition and remodel of our kitchen. We couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Our project was handled by Patrick from start to finish. We knew we wanted a larger, more open feel in our space and Patrick listened. He removed the old exterior wall of our kitchen, installed new support beams and enlarged our kitchen with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. The result was a modern, airy, and completely user friendly kitchen. We were so pleased with the outcome we had Casla transform our unused attic into a family space. What had been an dark unused attic became an insulated, light-filled play room for our children. We also used Casla for a bathroom remodel - once again, modernizing an existing space. Patrick has a large network of professionals who he works with in the industry - from architects, electricians, plumbers, flooring specialists - they all worked seamlessly as one, avoiding the scheduling nightmares that often accompany remodels. Patrick kept us in the loop, was available for conferences, completed work in the time promised time frame and, most importantly, kept us on budget.
