They essentially had offered their services that they would come by and check our property and look to see what the necessary services that were required but they never actually came throughout the four months they to the property. They were supposed to help hire cleaners, help with yard work but they didn't hire any contractors to do that work. They've only ended our contract and it took over a month for them to give our bank accounts back to us and then they had transferred our money from our account into someone else's account, the wrong bank account. So, we were ultimately not getting our services that they said would be provided and they did not do what they said they would do and there was just overall poor management of our money. It was standard pricing.

Jeff at Capitol has provided egregiously bad management services for our building to the point of causing damage to the building.

The hinges were not repaired but some of the cabinet door pulls were replaced. The replacement did not match the existing pulls. The replacement pulls are smaller and they expose the screw holes left when the old and completely satisfactory old pulls were removed. I complained. I asked to have the old pulls returned or have the screw holes filled in the cabinet doors painted. My request has been ignored. There is an elevator in my building that opens directly into my apartment. The elevator is one of the reasons I rented this apartment. For the last six months the call button for the elevator does not work. This creates a hardship for me to remove trash from the apartments. My request has been ignored.

The condo association finally decided to terminate the contract...and I couldn't be happier!
