Real Estate Service
Bulfinch Realty helped me understand the local real estate market and put my condo on the market. It took a bit of time and they found me a tenant who was reliable in paying on time. Unfortunately my tenant did $2,000 worth of damage to my apartment. Some of the damage was directly Bulfinch Realty's fault. While they gave me some money, they did not pay for all of the damage that they were directly responsible for. It also took us over 6 months to come to an agreement. It was not worth the hassle - there are lots of other real estate agents in the Boston area.
