They were professional, efficient, and prompt, and corrected existing problems. Our locks work better than ever! It feels weird to be excited about locks, but they really did a great job and left the doors working better than they have in 5 years!

They provided accurate estimate by phone, time frame of job, and called when they said. They were able to come out earlier on the same day, checked to make sure that was OK, and did exactly what we needed. Very pleasant and professional, unlike others we've tried who do not actually come when promised.

Professional, responsible, knowledgeable. They repaired shoddy work done by others as well as re-keyed and added a new lock. They were able to get a lock to open easily (with a key) that had always stuck and been difficult to open. A prior locksmith had been unable to improve the situation. I am very impressed and will be calling Robert at Broadway Lock for any future locksmith issues. We are located in the South End.

I went with them due to their experience with antique locks. I did not have an appointment but they were able to assist me right away when I walked into the store.

I am highly impressed. I had tried to get keys duplicated at Home Depot on two separate occasions. Both times the duplicates did not work. I went to Broadway Lock Co in South Boston. This is a salt-of-the-earth family operation. The staff was extremely knowledgable, quick (multiple customers served at once), and best of all, the duplicate keys worked flawlessly and were of higher quality than those from HD.

Called on Saturday morning for mailbox lock replacement. Service was prompt- on the same day - locksmith arrived on schedule and completed the job professionally. Very pleased.

It was great. They came out and got right to for. He was quick about it too. He also fixed the door handle without charging me anymore for it. He was friendly and they are fair with their prices.

The service was great. They were very helpful and explained the whole procedure. They made it very simple and easy. They also gave me good free advice regarding how to fix my front door lock. They didn't want to take me for a ride and replace the door lock.

They were very courteous and helpful and helped me figure out what exactly I needed to get done. They were also very flexible, as I had forgotten the time of the appointment and was not there when the locksmith came. They simply rescheduled me that day and were very understanding. They were very expensive, and I realized that you can just go to Home Depot, buy the lock set (they come with keys and if you need to have them keyed alike, lock sets can be coordinated) and install the set for a quarter of the price. They were very responsive though, and if money is not an issue, I will use them again.

THEY SCHEDULED THE WORK THE NEXT DAY. EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCELLENT PRICE, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL.

I AM ALWAYS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEES AT BROADWAY LOCK. I'VE HIRED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, AND I'VE NEVER BEEN DISSATISFIED.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID COME BACK AND REPAIR THE BELL WHEN IT BROKE, BUT IT DID BREAK AGAIN. I AM NOT SURE IF IT MIGHT BE THE STYLE OF BELL AS OPPOSED TO REPAIR.
