Robert answers all phone calls, texts, and emails right away (as if he had no weekends or holidays); he is extremely pleasant to work with; but most importantly, he is extremely resourceful and strategic in negotiating deals and we ended up getting our house 30K under asking price!
Because of how quickly houses were getting sold, we ended up switching our criteria several times, even searching in towns we hadn't thought of before. We had 3 offers fall through before we found our home, and Robert kept us optimistic that we would find the right home. His advice and ability to give context was invaluable. He also can give great referrals for things like home inspection and contractors to work on your home after purchase.
