They did a good job. They could have done the work if there was something to do. They did a fine job. I called them and fixed an appointment. They kept to their time frame. They called me ahead of time to tell me that they were going to come at the time that they said that they would come which was very helpful. When they got here, they were very honest about what needed to be done. It was a very short interaction because they discovered that it was not a leak under my sink that I thought it was but it was my soap dispenser that was a bit loose and it needed to be replaced. So, the water from the counter was going through the soap dispenser hole to underneath the sink. They told me quickly what the problem was and gave me the remedy. They told me that I should go to Home Depot and pick up the piece if I had the time. They said that it would be more cost effective than them having to come back. They would have to order the piece which would cost $100 and it would be $20 if I did it on my own. I thought it was straight, honest feedback. I would like to use them again because they were being so straight forward and that they could have done some harmful things to get some money. They did a good assessment and diagnostics which was reasonable. I had to do it myself but they did a good job. Their price seemed reasonable as $25 is their minimum fees. I would like to give a high grading for their price. I liked the quality of the whole process. They did things like follow up with a phone call or email the next day which was the nice, courtesy thing to do. They were very professional.
