He came when we needed, did the work (actually far MORE work than should have been expected of him), and is absolutely professional.  

He came on time, was very pleasant to deal with. The job he did was great. I will use the service again in the fall.

Vinnie had been doing my yard for about a year. He's a hard worker and does a good job. Last year was great, but this year he's been so hard to get a hold of and schedule. My grass is almost knee high and I haven't heard a peep from him after leaving 3 messages. I finally had to cancel service with him and get another provider.

I feel it went well and I would use him again. In fact,I have asked him to return again.

Having discovered that I was unable to keep my apartment clean on my own because of my busy schedule and pathological laziness, I embarked on a search for a housekeeper. I came across Vinny after I had met with three or four other people. He was easily the most conscientious, meticulous and intelligent of the lot. I particularly appreciate his willingness to do a wide variety of household tasks including laundry and misc repairs. For the first appointment, Vinny did a top to bottom cleaning of my apartment, leaving it sparkling in half the time I expected. After that, he came every other week to keep the place neat and clean. He brings all his own provisions and materials, you only need to supply a messy apartment (well, and a toilet brush). I find Vinny's rate of $40/hour very good considering the quality and speed of the work, and was thrilled to have found him. The only reason that I no longer employ his services is that I am no longer in the Boston area.

My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to a one-time housecleaning as a Christmas present. Vinnie was very responsive to my questions and willing to give me a certificate to put under the tree. He is a loyal Angie's contractor and I liked that he was close to our home. Vinnie squeezed us into his busy schedule before New Years and 4 cleaners came for 4 hours to do a general dusting rather than focus on cleaning. I was a little disappointed with the quality. There were shelves and areas that had not been dusted.

It went well. He did about thirty-two bags of leaves in four hours. I will hire him again.

Vinny was fantastic, very professional and ended up doing our yard work (clearing leaves) a week earlier than planned and for less money! We were thrilled with how caring and responsive he was and what a good job his crew did and will definitely use him again. (Most lawn care companies are more money and don't provide such personal service!)

Vinnie was prompt and professional, and he really did a great job. The results were as promised. He's very easy to deal with. Vinnie also provides a unique service-for regular customers(as we now are)at the beginning of each month, he sends out a calendar with the days you are scheduled for cleaning. This is just great-I've never dealt with a cleaning company with this level of professionalism.

I wanted someone to clean the areas my tenants use in common. Vinny had excellent reviews, so I called him. He came over and looked at what I wanted done and named a price. The first trip was extra hard, so he took a little longer than 1 hour; the rest of the time he has finished in an hour or less.

We had previously used Vincent to help with our sick lawn. For two springs and summers everyone called for help and ideas to help make our front yard attractive fell on deaf ears. It was if they were unwilling or unable to tackle the problem and were simply never heard from again. Vincent did such a good job for our dying lawn and we were so pleased I decided to ask him for help and suggestions once again to give our bare and ugly front yard some help. Like most people, we are on a tight budget but, wanted an attractive entry to our home just the same. Believe me, our yard was terrible and had been this way since we moved in two years ago. Vincent was GREAT! Not only did he offer cost saving suggestions, he even picked up plants and other materials he found on sale during his travels and would drop them off for my approval until we had ample things to start work. In one day he and Joe had transformed our front yard for the fall into something it has never been before, attractive. He distributed what we had collected along with things moved from here to there to even compliment both sides of the house. He and Joe pulled weeds, trimmed branches, planted, mulched, watered and left everything swept, bagged, neat and pretty before leaving. I am so very proud of the transformation of our yard and have already received many compliments. I have taken so many trips outside just to admire my pretty yard, plants and flowers, knowing Vincent helped me to stay within our budget. The bees and butterflies are already beginning to visit. My husband went out this morning to admire the transformation and even picked up a few leaves. He was very pleased with the price, my happiness and knowing with Vincent he will never again have to spend his one off day doing lawn work himself again.

Vincent did a great job, from returning my call promptly, to scheduling and showing up to perform the job through completion. He was very personable, easy to talk with and very professional.

Awesome. This is something my wife and I have talked about for years; but, we never hired anyone. We thought we couldn't afford it and were uneasy about letting someone into our house. Vinny is great. He is honest and trustworthy. He has a great personality and immediately puts your mind at ease. The price was great. And, it is so nice coming home to a clean home. He makes the bed, puts our son's toys away and does an awesome job on the dreaded baths and kitchen.

We called the Boston Man Maid to clean up our front and back yard. He came the first day to do the front yard which needed to be mowed, weeded, and tidied up as it had been neglected all summer. The second day he cleaned the debris from our driveway, did more weeding and even put up a fence that had fallen down. We are really happy with what he did, the yard looks great. We are keeping him on to do periodic mowing and also to clean the inside common areas of our condo building each month.

Man Maid is terrific. The owner (Vincent) was meticulously attentive to my needs, he and his assistant did great work; they were flexible, fitting into my schedule; reliable, making sure I knew in advance of even the slightest delay; and extremely affordable. I'd recommend this service to anyone in the Boston area. And if you can get him to come to California, you should use him there, too.

He did all of this extremely quickly, and did a very good job. We are very impressed. Very timely, very efficient, very friendly, and a great worker. Can't ask for more.
