After 2 days of back and forth about a broken freezer/refrigerator, on 6/28 Lisa Buckley told me that the unit would be replaces on July 10 (12 days away). When I countered that it was unacceptable to spend almost 2 weeks without access to a refrigerator/freezer unit, Lisa became increasingly rude and suggested that I spend my own money (rent rebate would not be offered) on a mini-fridge to use for those two weeks, or that I purchase a cooler, or that I eat dry food from 7/11 down the street. It is obviously not the management company's fault that the refrigerator can't be replaced for almost 2 weeks, but Lisa's attitude and refusal to make any sort of reasonable accommodation was extremely off-putting. I would warn anyone who is considering living in a unit managed by this company that they should be prepared to be berated for expecting access to a working refrigerator.

I have never written any review before and if I do, it means that I am truly bothered by it. I am terribly disappointed with Boston Condominium Management's service and professionalism. The property manager, Liz Sellers responded my email kind of rude and I am not happy with it. Her email response is fairly quick but she needs to change her attitude towards her clients, especially to residents like me. I stayed in this apartment for more than 4 years and I have my rights. They do really need to train their managers more, she has to be aware that she represents the company, yet is not professional at all.

I highly recommend Boston Condominium Management without reservation. I have lived in a browstone property in Fenway managed by them for almost 4 years--and it has been a fantastic experience. Mike Foley is an excellent property manager--and Liz Sellers is extraordinary. The property was always in good shape.
