I called Boston Car Keys to check on the pricing for 2 uncut Honda Accord keys including both laser cutting and transcoder
programming for my car. Their price for a single key ($65) was much lower than the dealerships or other locksmiths that would not work on keys purchased from somewhere else. When I got to the store and told them I had 2 keys they discounted the price to $100 for both. The service was quick, friendly, and with a knowledgeable technician. He even replaced a battery in my old key fore free. I would highly recommend and their service was top notch.
