Boston's Best Dog Walkers and Pet Services

I wanted to submit my review because the Yelp reviews are being filtered unfairly against these guys and essentially hidden. Not a single review that has been posted under the 'See More Filtered Reviews' area is less than 5 stars. And for good reason, Boston's Best Dog Walkers is the best dogwalker option to be found in the Boston area. They deserve some recognition. I moved to the South End last November. My girlfriend and I had a hard time finding any dogwalking options with vacancies. My girlfriend met Aaron at the dog park and got his card. He started walking our shepherd mix Bailey that week. When Bailey passed away this spring we were devastated. It was obvious Aaron was affected by her passing as well. He commissioned an oil painting of Bailey and gave it to us when he gave us his condolences. Truly one of the most thoughtful gifts we?ve ever received. I recommend Boston?s Best
Dog Walkers to everyone I know. The prices are phenomenal and they truly care about your pets. Aaron is experienced, knowledgeable, dependable and most importantly passionate about his job. Boston?s Best Dog Walkers could not be a more fitting title. We?re so glad we found them. 

It went great Aaron is the man. Really laid back with Bruce and he had him for most of the day. We had a broken poop bag holder and he put a brand new one on his leash. I felt really comfortable with Aaron and will be using his services again in the near future.

I started using Boston's Best Dog Walkers upon the recommendation of two of my neighbors and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are incredibly accommodating and are always open to changing times, booking things last minute, etc. They often send pictures and videos of my dog and update me on any behavior I should be aware of. They are also incredibly trustworthy and I have no problem allowing them in and out of my home when I am not there. 
They are very honest and always ask if it is ok to arrive to walk the dog a little early or a little late, to make sure it is ok. They take a lot of pride in their business and they deeply value their clients. 
In addition, because my dog is a puppy, he had trouble walking on a leash which they helped with immensely. They also often take him to the park with a couple of other dogs so he learns how to socialize and play. They will feed him if need be, as well as refill his Kong before he goes into the crate if need be. 
They really love and care about my dog and make having a puppy so much less stressful. I cannot recommend them enough!

Katie, the owner, is incredibly organized and it is very reassuring to have her on the case. I have never had to provide a document for a pet/house sitter explaining where to find my circuit breaker/mains water shutoff/gas before, but what a good idea to have that information on file. Katie is always on time for appointments, vets her petsitters thoroughly, and makes sure that you and the pets get to know the sitter well in advance. And I get regular texts with pictures of the cats while I'm away.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I have used Boston's Best twice now and will certainly use them again. The key test is that when I get home, the cats are not needy -- they're happy to see me, but not desperate for all the attention they've missed while I'm away. The price is very reasonable given that I require an in-home sitter.
