Ryan was by far the most cost effective option we called to replace our water heater which was leaking (slowly) into the basement.  Ryan understood the urgency on our end as this was for a rental unit of ours.  He offered to call in a favor to get it done same day if needed!  Ryan was timely, professional and did a great job.  Would definitely use again.

Ryan was wonderful. He was very busy because of all the ice dam damage from this winter, and he had a problem with getting the faucet we wanted, but he kept in touch and let us know what was going on. Our situation was not an emergency, so we were willing to let him do more urgent work ahead of us. He showed up promptly when we had scheduled, and did the work quickly and neatly. We are very happy with the work he did, and will call him again when we need a good plumber. He was also very nice, and we enjoyed his company while he worked. The price for the work includes the materials, and we asked for better quality than the "contractor specials" that were installed before we bought our condo. We had priced the faucet and disposal out, and knew Ryan was giving us a good deal.

It went very well ! Ryan came on time and reviewed the work. He was very professional and quiet. Took almost all day. The bath tub
work took a lot of time. Never heard any complaints with the work. He did say the old part was the first one since it was solid Brass
The house was built in 1921. We would call him again for sure. We were very pleased with his work.

I found Ryan Bickerton on Angie's List after reading excellent reviews about him.  Now having hired him, I'd agree with others about the quality of his work.  I called him to get a cost estimate for the job I wanted to have done.  I already purchased the faucets myself.  I thought his qoute was fair, so I scheduled an appointment with him.  He showed up on time, did the work in a professional manner and was a pleasure to deal with.  The cost agreed with what he quoted me.  Another thing I like is he answers his phone, and once when I had to leave a message, he got right back to me.  I consider him to be a hard-working, decent guy.  I would definitely hire him again for plumbing work.

It's a challenge to find a good plumber. So when I had heard from a friend about Ryan a few months ago, I decided to give him a call. He installed our bathroom sink and vanity and showed us how poorly done the pedestal sink was installed prior. The key to a good tradesman is always being able to not only do the job well but, to show/fix where others have not.
When it comes to this Ryan is great.
His work is very clean and precise and we couldn't be happier...
Next we needed a new faucet installed and Ryan did it for us (rather quickly). He is very knowledge as you can pretty much ask him anything and he'll have a spot on answer. He's a sharp guy and a true professional. 
Last was a sink that wasn't draining properly. Me and my wife were convinced it was bad plumbing or a drain issue but,
 after only a couple minutes ryan figured it out and simply adjusted the drain stopper and fixed the issue.
This seems to be what makes him so great, how easy pluming comes to him.
Basically these were trial runs for us. We will hopefully be closing on a house with much bigger project(s) in mind.

We now have a number one to go to and help us complete those projects...
If you need a solid knowledgeable plumber I urge you to try Ryan out, he won't disappoint.

It couldn't of gone better.  I had asked him to disconnect the sinks in two of the bathrooms on his first trip and install the hardware for the showers.  He came when he said he would and then showed me how to disconnect the kitchen sink and the bathroom. I hadn't wanted him to disconnect all water in the house for it would be a week before we had the granite installed.
 The next day my carpenter found that he couldn't install the new vanities because all the plumbing needed to be redone 1st to fit the new vanity configuration.  The capenter said the plumber would have to be real good to figure out what to do for  the vanity had a bottom draw and the plumbing had to fit over the draw but not too high for the sink to fit into.  Ryan came the next day and was able to install the new plumbing perfectly.  My carpenter said he did a great job and used quality products.  
After the granite was installed Ryan came back again to install all the facets.  He wasn't able to install the kitchen facet that day for I didn't realize the sealer for the sink had to dry.  He did install faucets in two of the bathrooms and came back a couple of days later to install the last bathroom and sink.
At the time of install Ryan was only able to work nights which he told me up front because in was going to class during the day to become a fireman.  I found Ryan to be very professional and did excellent work.  I would highly recommend him

Can't say enough good stuff about Ryan. He's a Marine, recently returned from Afghanistan, and has just left the plumbing company where he worked before enlisting, to strike out on his own. He has been great every step of the way. He's polite and responsive, and his estimate was great.
