STAY AWAY! This vet has four inexperienced first year vets on its staff. One of the vets diagnosed early stage kidney disease in my six year old dog. I brought the dog to my old vet who has extensive experience and who is highly regarded in the community. He thought the test they had used was unreliable and that they had not run a proper blood panel to determine the presence of early stage kidney disease. To be safe I had him retest my dog and he ran a proper blood panel and tested the dog's urine. Everything was normal and there is no evidence of kidney disease. These people had me scheduled for follow up tests and were recommending an expensive MRI. It is clear that they were just sticking their hands in my pocket. I asked the Medical supervisor at Back Bay to consult with my vet and he told her that her testing was faulty. She then told me that he agreed with her diagnosis which was just a lie. I spent $400 at Back Bay for the misdiagnosis and another $350 to confirm that what they told me was wrong. They still have not taken responsibility for their errors.

Its very good. They take their time with you. They are very informative. They are just sociable and nice and good to the pet. You feel comfortable bringing your animals there, you don't feel like they are going to do something to your animal that it doesn't need done. Its just their communication skills and their general openness. I brought two cats in. They help you with anything you need help with.

Great ... We met lots of happy dogs and dogowners. Reasonable cost ... medicine received quickly.

They are very thorough and knowledgable. They explain things to you in a way you'll understand.

I think that they are a very good clinic. I consider the doctors and their staff to be very knowledgeable at what they do. They take good care of our pets and are very responsible at their work. I think that their prices are fair.
