Fraudulent. Unprofessional. Extremely offensive. Untrustworthy. On Feb. 21st, I paid an amount of $750 to Jason to install two shower glass panels. Before he received the money, he was responsive and respectful. As soon as he received the money, his demeanor changed. He was unclear about when the glass would be ready, and on the day he promised to install, he said there were issues with clips. He said he was sent the wrong items. Mishaps happen, but what is egregious is he calls customers names and belittles them. He told me that I have "lost" my mind several times, that I'm a "nut-job," and that I'm "untrustworthy," and when I asked for a refund of the $750, he said I was "harassing" him and "manipulating" him and that I could take him to court. I'm too busy to deal with this drama and disrespect. All I want is a refund so the nightmare can end. It has been near traumatic to work with this person. I just called to ask about speaking to a manager, he said he was the manager. I asked to speak to someone above him, and he said there was no one above him. He at one point told me to "go take a walk and talk to God." I asked for a refund AGAIN, and he hung up the phone.
