Property Management
TJ Gondek was our condo manager for multiple years and provided terrible service during this time. Poor communication, poor record keeping for finances, overcharged and preyed on poorly organized condo association to essentially steal money during his tenure.
We would request a quote for work to be done, he would do the work randomly 3 months after the requests were made without providing quotes and getting approval from the association and just take the money from the condo reserves. Overcharged for landscaping and snow removal going over approved amounts and treated the condo reserves like his own piggy bank.
