He was prompt in returning my call. He seemed professional. I hired him because there was a burning smell when I used my dryer. After cleaning the vents, the smell went away. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend. He also came back when I noticed the dryer was not heating properly after that. He returned promptly, and checked that his work was fine.
