 + -1 moreThey noticed my driver's license needed to be renewed. They took the picture as well as completed my vehicle registration. No lines, no crowds. couldnt be more pleasant. offered to redo the photo if i wasnt satisfied. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Description of Work: I have had an AAA membership and would not be without it, but recently had a poor customer service experience with them. I had 2 tires blow out and called them for towing services. They told me someone would be there within the hour. After the hour went by I called 4 or 5 more times and was told each time the tow truck would be there in 10 minutes...Finally it arrived after a total waiting time of close to 3 hours. If I had been given accurate information in the beginning I would have left my car where it was parked and had them come in the morning....as it was now midnight. I must say the gentleman who towed the car was very friendly, helpful, and professional, but the customer service people at AAA not only kept giving incorrect information, but several of them, were quite unpleasant and quite unprofessional in dealing with the situation.....They did call me the next day and offer me a rebate off my next year's membership fee for my inconvenience.

 + -1 moreWe would not live without our AAA auto towing plan. It provides free towing, free on site calls for emergencies, free car lock out service, free maps, tour guides and books, travel consultants, etc. One of the best bargains around!
Description of Work: Towed our car over twenty miles and we paid nothing more than the annual $75 fee per year.

 + -1 moreI'VE ALWAYS HAD A DEGREE OF CONFIDENCE WITH THE 'AAA' NAME, WHICH LED ME TO APPROACH THEM WHEN RESEARCHING MORTGAGE OPTIONS. MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. MY BROKER WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SERVICE ORIENTED. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT I HAD NEGOTIATED THE BEST RATE POSSIBLE, WHILE I REFINANCED FOR A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE RATE THIS PAST YEAR, UNFORTUNATELY, IN MY ORIGINAL BROKERS ABSENCE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT OF THE EXPERIENCE DIFFERED GREATLY IN BOTH STYLE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
Description of Work: I'VE USED AAA'S MORTGAGE SERVICE FOR AN INITIAL FINANCING AS WELL AS A MORE RECENT SECOND REFINANCING.
