The appointment with the consultant went well. He was very knowledgeable about the company products and listened to my concerns and preferences. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Installation was scheduled a few weeks later because I wasn't in a rush. Installation was quick and professional. There was one blind that needed to be replaced. It arrived in a few days and was installed.

It went very well. A company representative came to our house, measured and made suggestions as to what would be appropriate and we agreed. We ordered the shades, they were made and a team of installers came out very promptly. It was very smooth on all levels.

They were very reasonable. They did an excellent job. The quality of the window treatment was suburb. They couldn't of done better. One worker came out to measure then one person came out to install. It took them about an hour to install four windows and a slider.

The staff were professional and on-time. They have a huge selection and Elizabeth had great suggestions of what would work and was knowledgeable. When it came time for insulation, they came 2 separate occasions. The installers were polite, quick and on time. My only complaint: At installation, we were given a plastic hook piece that can be used to operate one set of blinds. HOWEVER, in order to operate blinds using this piece we had to provide our OWN wooden dowel. I just paid over $5,0000.00 to 3 Day Blinds and they couldn't give me a wooden dowel to operate my binds???????

Just a follow up on my previous review , the installers came today to do the install and guess what ? they only had half my order after they . Now I have to make arraignments for another day to complete the install TYPICAL FOR THIS OUTFIT . The only positive note on this whole mess was the installers they were GREAT !!

The appointment was set up for 08/26/2016 ,the sales representatives arrived and spent three hours going over products and taking measurement's . At the end of the meeting I gave them half of the cost as my deposit and scheduled installation for 9/12/16 through 9/19/2016 that was fine the installers would call when all products arrive . Not hearing from them I reached out on 10/06/16 it took 2 days for a response and was told I would have an answer by the following day on 10/11/16 I reached out again not hearing back from them and stated I might want to cancel the order I received a call "finally" stating that the complete order was not ready only half and that they wanted to schedule the first of two installs because the additional shades would not be ready for three more weeks this is unacceptable now I have to be home two days for this . Finally decided to cancel the order on 9/13/2016 sent the sales rep the necessary forms and never heard back . I called the California office got the phone message merry go round before I got in touch with a customer rep named Carlos who was very good offing me a $200.00 refund if I would keep the order , reluctantly I agreed this was on 10/18/16 finally on 11/03/16 I received a call from the installers that they have all the products and would be out to the house on Saturday 11/12/16 . As of today 3 day blinds charged the balance of the order to my credit card before the install and I have not seem the $200.00 credit to my card as promised . Oh did I forget to mention that in the small print it is stated your card will be charged the balance before you have a chance to make sure what is delivered is in fact what you ordered .Who does this ?? I would never do business with this company again or ever recommend them .

It went very well with them and I will probably do business with them in the future. They came back out again and took measurements and I just need to make a decision on colors.

The service was not good. The sales rep was great and she no longer works for them. It was very expensive as it relates to the material. The installation was okay, but the material was not worth the money. We had to take it all down and send it back to them. They did refund us, but it was just a huge waste of time. I will not use them again.
