To say that Marilyn is good at what she does is an understatement. She is not only professional, but she is diligent, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile. My husband and I bought our first home and had multiple hurdles we had to jump through before we were able to close on our house. Marilyn and Kathy were there every step of the way and were available to answer my questions day or night. From the moment we met at the first open house when we started our journey to even now, 4 months after we closed, she still is there for us. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone wanting to either buy or sell their house as she has your back 100%. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and if there is a question you have that she doesn't know, she will do the research to find it and get back to you. My brother and I were the deemed the executors of my mother's estate after her sudden passing. It was a very difficult time for us and the process of selling a house was new to us beside being a very emotional one involving emptying out her house filled with her belongings and many precious memories. Not only was Marilyn professional, courteous and knowledgeable, she was also extremely empathetic, understanding and, most especially, patient with us as we learned the terrain of being a seller. Marilyn's expert knowledge and experience helped steer us clear of potential pitfalls; she could spot red flags we may not have, she had contacts in all areas of the industry (from buyer agent community to mortgage lenders and from movers to construction & cleaning crews). She always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like her only client when I'm sure was juggling many. We could not have done it all without her and highly recommend her.

Marilyn was fantastic! For the sale, she painstakingly researched comps, and set the home so it looked fabulous. She has people for referral for anything the house may need. She ably guided us through the process, and we got above asking price for the house within a week after it was placed on the market She provided the same excellent care as our purchasing agent, researching the neighborhoods and comps, pointing out pluses and minuses of homes beyond what we could see, and stringy negotiating with sellers agents. We got the house that was perfect for us! Marilyn is personable, always available, and an excellent guide through the difficult process of both buying and selling. She cares deeply about her clients and their needs, and it shows in how she ensures even the smallest detail is perfect. She is amazing! We were lucky to find her, and recommend her as highly as we possibly can!

Marilyn provided excellent service and professionalism. She was sincere and helpful from the beginning to end. She knows the market inside and out; she walked us through what to expect and was very responsive when answering all our follow-up questions. One of the great things about Marilyn is that she’s creative and can help identify great opportunities that others might overlook. An example of this is during the sale the roads around house were under construction, which turned away potential buyers. Marilyn would come an hour early before showing time to put home sales sign in such strategical ways in order to attract potential buyers without having them to go through the road under construction. Marilyn also staged the house, and published three D tour which was also instrumental to sell our house. Marilyn is incredibly responsive, tenacious, and thorough with her job. We are very grateful for her service.

Moving is one of the most stressful experiences one can experience. That said I can’t rave enough about Marilyn and her team. We were prepping to move from Norfolk to the Midwest area. Marilyn was always well prepared, professional, and interacted with me exactly how I needed. I wanted someone conscientious and detail-oriented who would walk me through the home-selling experience and she did that and more.
