Marilyn and her team were WONDERFUL. From the time I decided to sell my home to the time it sold (within a week!), I was coached, supported, respected, and received around the clock responsiveness. Marilyn went above and beyond providing professional services that were way above my expectations. She is personable, intelligent, compassionate, understanding, enthusiastic, skillful, trustworthy, and a real leader in her industry. Her team is lovely and assisted me along the way. The price point she advised, the professional photos, the gorgeous 3D visual tour, the full-color personalized booklet of my house, and the way the open house was managed and conducted was absolutely perfect and resulted in my house selling in less than a week!! Selling my home was an emotional experience, but I can say that Marilyn and her team understood that and actually made it fun and enjoyable. Marilyn even connected me with a wonderful buyer’s agent in another part of the state to help me buy my new home.
