Roberts sent a representative named Ryann to our home. He spent nearly a half an hour up in our attic with me to try and identify the problem. The problem wasn't the roof, but a ventilation problem from an energy audit and subsequent insulation installation. Ryann gave me what his best thoughts were because had ever seen the problem manifest in this way before. He also gave me phone numbers and the names of someone that he thought could help. Bottom line is, he didn't just throw me a bone and bad information to get my business. He took what he knew and told me what he didn't know. The way honesty should be in business. I will definitely use him again. Two thumbs up !

The repair was done well and they cleaned the parts that were removed well. my only issue is that the shingles don't match the rest of the house. the rest of the roof is more blackish gray and the shingles are brownish.

Brian is very friendly and accommodating. They were in and out in one day. Foundation plantings and vegetation got a bit trampled.

As with most homes, we always warn homeowners ahead of time, if they have plantings or shrubbery close to homes, that they may be compromised. There is literally tons of debris that needs to come off the roof. We always take as much care as possible to protect plants surrounding the home. Excellent workmanship and puctuality. He's a great guy to deal with too. It was a tough job with about 5 layers of shingles to strip, re-sheath with plywood and very steep. They cleaned up the waste materials it all went really well!
