I have been using this company for about seven years. They are trustworthy and dependable. Dealing with the owners is slightly more difficult than the cleaners themselves - they take a hard line on negotiation - but overall, I am very happy. They clean better than I do. In the seven-ish years I have used them, they've broken just a few things - fewer than I would have expected (some is probably inevitable).
They do not seem to divide recycling and trash, so I have to do it myself. This is frustrating but not a dealbreaker.
