everything went great, as usual. I've used Complete Chimney since 2005 when they rebuilt my chimney and installed a stainless steel liner for my furnace flue. They have swept and inspected every year since.

Arrived a little early, quickly set-up by putting a drop cloth all around the fireplace and cleaned the flue. He climbed a ladder outside to check the chimney for cracks and clean the cap. He was very polite and thorough. I will use him again.

They were good, honest, and complete. The guy was pretty straight forward and I trusted him. They were very professional and he was good. It was only $99, so it was a good price. They were also very responsive and they actually followed up with me afterwards with a quote for what I asked them for.

Excellently, except that after the initial inspection and price quote, they forgot they were supposed to come to the work. Instant response from their very polite and efficient office manager when I finally called to ask a couple of months later.

Sean called ahead of time to confirm the time of arrival. Arrived, performed the work and cleaned up after himself.
