Prompt and effective

Richard Bouges was first to call out of many... noting he is not busy this time a season. He was in the mid pack on pricing. He came 40 min late on the scheduled appointment. He was VERY unprofessional and disorganized with his inspection, and did not ask appraisal/property related questions. He filled crumbled papers he pulled out his cars trunk. He completed an inspection on Wed, 01/17/24, and promised to send a report in the beginning of NEXT week!!, noting he is away on the weekend, we have one level 960 sq. f. ranch, 3 beds/1 bath, for a mid-level professional it requires no more than 2 hours to complete a report. After a week, we followed with a call. He picked up the call, though he had not started the report, but said he will complete it as a priority. 01/31/24 Two week after inspection, there's no report, I'm initiating a legal request to return our money. Communications are abscent. CAUTION: DON'T HIRE THIS GUY, YOU'LL BE CHASING HIM FOR YOUR MONEY

We felt that this appraiser was very unprofessional. He was constantly late with appointments without the courtesy of a call and never presented us with a bill or receipt as promised.

They called me before I logged off my computer.

Prompt, courteous, and professional.

Pro: cheaper than the others. Con: promised to have the appraisal done within 3 business days but I am still waiting (going on a week now).
