Left a message to schedule an appointment and received a call back promptly. Workers showed up on schedule, and were very professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves well. Prices seemed a little high, but overall the service was very good.

Work was performed on time, efficiently and professionally. Prices were a bit high for the time spent IMO but the results were of high quality and the overall experience was good.

Hentnick did an excellent job overall. First of all, they actually answer the phone and get back to you when they say they will. If you've tried contacting chimney sweeps, you know this is often not the case. He came on time, was extremely personable and professional, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I will definitely use Hentnick again next year for my chimney cleaning.
