Electrical Service
He performed the work adequately and at a good price but was always late - sometimes by weeks, had a million excuses why. He has altogether failed to deliver the generator that was in the contract and that I have paid him for. Initially it was excuses and promises, in the last month he has simply ignored my phone calls altogether.
