This was the second time Carlos was at my home (first time he installed a vent fan in the bathroom) and both times he was excellent. Very responsive to my inquiry for quote and arrived on time the day we scheduled the work. I highly recommend Carlos if you're looking for an electrician.

Outstanding. Carlos came over in the middle of the night when I was on a business trip to get the heating back on since I was on a business trip. My wife and son were freezing. Carlos came through and helped her get the system back on even though it wasn't technically an electrical issue. What a great guy!

We have used Carlos 3 times over the past few months to do multiple projects. He is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Beyond his obvious traits as a highly skilled electrician I trust him. 1. His bids are detailed and very competitive on price. 2. His work quality is impeccable. 3. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled and able to solve problems on the fly. 4. He instills a sense of confidence that the project will be done on time and on budget. 5. His abilities extend far beyond electrical work so no problem is too big to solve. 6. It is evident that he is a great teacher and mentor since his protege Lee is fantastic. The two of them together are fast, efficient and they take extreme pride in the work they do. 7. He is willing to take time to explain details of the work if you show an interest. It took longer because he had to work by using a snake from one end of the room to the other light because there's no room above to get to the attic. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him again.

We contracted with Carlos to install a standby gas generator
for our home. After receiving several quotes, choosing Carlos was a
no-brainer: he was the smartest and his quote was the lowest.
Carlos is reliable, resourceful and relentlessly cheerful. He is
also thorough and meticulous. For example, he created a sturdy (and
actually rather attractive) pad for the generator, consisting of a bed of
stones framed by pressure-treated beams. The job posed some logistical
challenges, as our main electrical panel is quite distant from the location we
chose for the generator. Carlos planned for that in his quote, but none
of us expected our 50-year-old wiring to partially disintegrate when Carlos
hooked up the new cut-over circuit. This did not, to our relief, result
in significant additional cost, and Carlos gave us different mitigation options.
We ultimately decided to have him replace the entire panel, but even this added
less than 10% to the overall project cost, and the lowest-cost option, had we
chosen it, would have added far less. Carlos was responsive throughout
the project, communicating promptly by phone and email, and considerately
accommodated the schedules of the plumber and the gas company.
For a sizable job involving all the power in your house, you
really want someone up to the task, and Carlos did a fine job in every way ?

When we initially contact Carlos for an estimate, he got back to us very quickly to set up an agreeable time to review the job and provide an estimate. I believe his estimate was more than reasonable for the work required and when finished, the final cost was as estimated.
Both Carlos and his co-worker Joe were professional and gentlemen. Carlos was prompt; he arrived as promised. An explanation for the work performed was provided both when the estimate was provided, and as the work was being completed in the house. The finished work was well done and looked great; the job site was left clean. I appreciate the respect they always showed our home. Talking with them was a pleasure. They were great to work with and I will not hesitate to use them in the future; Carlos will be my first call.

The outside wires were ripped off the house during a winter storm and left the house with no electricity. I called Carlos around 9 pm and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He came out the next day first thing in the morning and spent several hours making all the re-connections and repairs. He kept in touch (the house is occupied by renters) with me every step of the way and took care of the problem completely. Since the house is not owner occupied I was not onsite - Carlos happily billed me and saved me the 45 minute drive to the property. It's hard to get someone to respond at that late hour when you don't have an established history with them but Carlos came through and I will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks again Carlos!

I called Carlos at 6:30pm and explained my problem. I told him that while it wasn't an emergency, I was looking to find someone to fix my issues before the weekend as I was having a large crowd to the house. Carlos could not come the next day but offered to come over right at that moment and help me out! He was extremely nice, explained to me very nicely and politely the myriad of things I did wrong as he corrected each one, installed the thermostat and was on his way in no time. I have always been a "doityourselfer" but not anymore. Carlos is my guy now and I will be calling him for any and all electrical work I have. Fantastic experience!!!!!
