Town Fair Tire Centers of Billerica

They are a chain. I bought my tires from the about 2 years ago. They have a lifetime warranty as long as you get your tires rotated. The tires need to be repaired sometimes. I just go into the store. I think it's the smartest way to buy your tires, especially if you don't want to have to repair them, or pay for new tires all the times. The workers are professional. They're quick and they're respectful.

these people are the worse purchased 4 custom wheels 3 of them were warped which should've been caught when they balanced the wheels would never had known into I went on the highway. trying to get get them replaced was a real problem they replaced 3 one at a time had to test drive after each wheel was replaced

Very pleased. I feel more secure traveling in winter with winter tires. I was very lucky to get these tires. Someone who had an appointment did not show up to have tires put on. I was impressed with the sales person. His name may have been Marc.

We had a less than a year old tire that was punctured by a large screw. Town Fair tire took the tire off the rim to repair it and noticed that the rim was cracked. We could not locate another rim that matched the ones already on the car that day so we came home to find a place to purchase a new rim. A week later we received a new rim in the mail and realized that the Town Fair tire had never given us back our tire. We went back to the store expecting to have an aggravating experience. When Town Fair tire realized that they had misplaced our tire, the store manager stepped in and gave us a new tire - no charge. They made the experience right for us and now have loyal customers. We have bought our last set of tires there and we will be going back.
