About us
TinderPro is a firewood delivery company that specializes in small quantities of Kiln-Dried firewood (1 cord, 1/2 cord, 1/4 cord). We can help by delivering smaller quantities (enough for a few fires) every few days (or just a few times if you like the occasional fire) during the winter, so that you can have a nice fire every now and then without the hassle of storing a lot of wood. You can buy firewood online, or you can call us directly to order. All of our wood is now kiln-dried!

they said they were going to deliver kiln dried firewood on a certain date. the day passed and only after i emailed them that evening did they respond via e-mail and said the delivery was delayed a week. the next week they delivered wet firewood with ice on it. the delivery person recommended i speak with nick. when I spoke with nick he stated that the wood was kiln dried and if i did not like it he would sell to the next person on his list. i took his word and paid 850 dollars. the wood sizzles in my fireplace. wet wood sizzles, not kiln dried wood. perhaps there is kiln dried wood mixed in and i haven't gotten to it yet but the wood burning now is wet. would not recommend or use again.

"Parts of this review are accurate, but some of it needs a little more elaboration. We got way behind with deliveries and we did slip the delivery date, and we were not quick to figure out the new date and respond that day. I also agree that a few pieces of wood may have been wet on the outside, that particular load was delivered to us from the supplier in the rain. If you stack it up it should dry right out. This customer did call, but what I said was "No hard feelings if you don't want the wood, I'll go to the next person on the list." This customer is omitting the fact that he had 1/4 cord for a few days before his full cord delivery and didn't mention any concerns about the quality of the wood before that. He also hopped in the back of the truck the day of the cord delivery to look at it and could have refused the delivery if he didn't like the wood. He hadn't paid me yet and I offered him a way out (to not drop it and move on to next customer). He is also leaving out the fact that he was rude and aggressive to my driver, which is completely uncalled for. I have a money back guarantee on my website that he could take advantage of. The wood is kiln dried according to manufacturer recommendations. I've delivered over 100 cords this season and haven't had any complaints. This includes restaurants that I deliver to every week that use the same exact wood to cook with. I stand behind the product we sell, and if you are unhappy you can ask for your money back. ~Nick"

They came and delivered it in a timely fashion and placed it in the exact spot I needed it to be so it would be easy for me to stack in the garage. There was a bit of a snafu in communication on the day/time of the delivery but it all worked out fine.

Have used them before - they supply great firewood - very dry and burns well. They don't stack, but that's OK, I could use the exercise anyway!
