Bill called us back right away when we called. Some other contractors didn't bother to call us back, so this was a definite plus for us. He completed the work of replacing the leaching field in about a week and was able to close the hole before the rains came. The exceptional rain that we got in the month of March delayed the spreading of the loom and the completion of the project. We decided to go with hydroseeding, so Bill set us up to work directly with that contractor after he spread the loom (and it started raining again!). Bill made sure we were happy with the finished project and was great to deal with. I'd recommend his company to anyone needing this type of work.

My septic system was on it's last legs (50 years old) and I wanted to get it taken care of before it failed. I did the homework and got several bids, and selected Taylor Excavation. Bill Taylor is extremely good at what he does, and was very professional and communicative through the entire project. The lot is 10,000 square feet with the house essentially in the middle. A Massachusetts Title 5 System is not small. It was a very tight fit. He answered all my questions throughout the whole project, showed up on time, returned calls promptly, made accommodations to fit my schedule where feasible, and was a pleasure to work with. He was very careful to minimize disturbances to the lot and my plants and gardens. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the local area needing a new septic system, or any other excavation project.
