Firstly, I appreciated the very good communication we had with the company. I also appreciated the two gentlemen that came by to do the work (I wish I had asked their names specifically). They were good workers, very careful and clean. One also offered great suggestions and ideas for the back yard. The work they did was great. Stairs were perfectly level and lined up seamlessly with the previously jagged steep edge of the driveway, and now we have a safe (much more attractive) transition from the driveway to the back yard. Very happy with the job done! This company was scheduled to hydroseed the area around the steps, as well as our front lawn at the same time, but we had to postpone due to a drought in our area this year. Looking forward to working with them again next year, and will update with more pictures of the lawn. Thanks guys!

Called for an estimate, and came out in a few days as we planned. Quickly turned around a quote. They where not the lowest cost for the job. However I like the attention to details they put in the quote. Every item to be removed was accounted for, along with all work. I feared some of the lower quotes I got would come back and say that wasn't included and charge more after the job started.
I would hire them again for such work!

We did not have a good experience with the company, the gentlemen who came out to do the service did not speak English and did not understand what we wanted done to our lawn. We ended up terminating the service.

"I am very disapointed to read this review from the member. I knew in advance this was an Angies List Customer and sent a very qualified crew, all of whom speak and understand English. I recieve 99+% positive feedback on my crews, and the quality of their work. I am sorry it didn't work out, but I know the crew was a tad Intimidated by the very close supervision for what was supposed to be simple lawn cutting. One week the grass was cut too high, the next too low, the weedwacking too hign, too low, etc. I would inform my crews, but the scope of work seemed to change every week... If you check our BBB rating, you will see we have an A+ Rating after 29 years with no complaints, ever. We are not accredited with the BBB, because we do not pay their very expensive membership fees, and thus cannot use them in advertising.. After terminating our services with very little/no explanation, the Parkers waited almost 5 months to pay their final invoice, with no explanation for the delay, or termination of services, but in the end they did pay their bill in full. I called them and got them on the phone immediately. The estimator came out to the house a day or two later. They gave me a reasonable bid, started the work earlier than promised and finished earlier than promised. It was really a great experience. There was one thing that he didn't do, but I wasn't worried about; it was, like, trimming one stupid branch. Overall it was quick. They sent a little team of fabulous people who cleaned my yard. I would recommend them to others. The workers who came out were great. I would use them again in the future.
