I called the service line 12/30, Friday night and was told to expect a call back that night from the service tech. Waited up until 2 a.m. and the call never came. I called the service line again in the morning and discussed the lack of response. A few minutes later we received a call from Patrick, service tech. He agreed to schedule repair later that day, which I appreciated as it was a holiday weekend. He was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after repairs. I would definitely use this company again.

We used them a couple of times to clear our sewer line.  They were nice and friendly the whole time. They weren't able to solve our problem with the line though because it's a larger issue with the pitch of our sewer lines, not any build up.
