The installation itself went well. That winter, icicles formed on the inside edge of the gutters - between the gutter and the fascia. We notified Mr. MacRae but, understandably, there was nothing that could be done until the spring.
Come spring, we contacted him again. After several calls, he agreed to come take a look at our gutters, but he never showed up. After that, he didn't even bother returning our calls. Clearly, he's not going to repair the flaws in his work.
