Noonan & McDowell was established in 1986 and has been providing services within Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Estimates for Land Surveying are based on your deed and the plan that it references. It is also based on prior knowledge of your area and reference points established. Over time these can and maybe disturbed or destroyed. This cannot be ascertained until the survey work begins. Unfortunately it can affect the ability to perform the work. You should be proactive in protecting these stone or concrete markers. Once they are removed they will never be replaced.
